Delivery

Depending on the type and dimensions of the order, we carry out deliveries through various carriers:

📦 Courier shipments (parcels)
Delivery of smaller shipments is carried out via courier companies:

• DHL Parcel
• GLS

🟫 Pallet shipments
Delivery of oversized goods and pallet orders is carried out by:

• DHL Freight
• DACHSER

The choice of the appropriate carrier depends on the weight, dimensions, and nature of the ordered goods.

Shipping costs

• All indicated prices include VAT and delivery costs within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
• The cost of delivery to other countries or islands is determined individually, based on prior consultation.

Delivery time:

• Unless otherwise specified in an individual offer, the product will be delivered within Poland within 1–5 business days, while international deliveries are carried out within 7 business days from the date of the contract.
• Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
